Who is eligible for services?
Any adult with serious mental illness between the ages 18-59.
How can I refer an individual to your program?
Referrals can be made by calling the program at (408) 286-8900 or by completing a submittal form.
How long can an individual reside at Zoe House?
Until they no longer require this level care.

Clients pay with their SSI & Private pay.
