Momentum Employment
Services, have two convenient locations in San Jose and Palo Alto offering
a full range of services to individuals with mental illness who desire to
return to work. In collaboration with the State Department of Rehabilitation,
Santa Clara County Mental Health and other client identified supports, Momentum
offers a program that is responsive to client needs and goals. Vocational
counselors help clients identify interests and abilities, learn job search
and interview skills, and help place clients in training and/or employment
opportunities commensurate with their skills and interests. Counselors also
provide post employment support.
