MOMENTUM ANNOUNCES FERNANDO HERNANDEZ AS NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEMBER

(March 2, 2009) – Momentum for Mental Health, the largest nonprofit provider of adult mental health services in Silicon Valley, today announced that Fernando Hernandez, long-time Santa Clara County resident, businessman and community leader, has joined the Board of Directors.

Hernandez, born in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico, was educated in the San Jose area and is a graduate of Willow Glen High School. He received a B.S.C. degree from Santa Clara University in economics and business. Awarded a fellowship, he received an MBA from Santa Clara University and after military service, attended UC Berkeley Law School where he received a Juris Doctorate from Boalt Hall school of Law. Hernandez has been in private practice for over 40 years and an active community member serving on several local Boards and a member of various organizations.
