How do I make a gift to Momentum?
Momentum accepts cash or in-kind contributions, as well as gifts of stock, real estate, vehicles, and other assets in support of the needed services we provide to individuals with mental or emotional illness. Please make your check or money order payable to Momentum for Mental Health and send to: ATTN: Development and Communications, 438 North White Road, San Jose, CA 95127. How will my gift be used?
Your gift will be used to support our programs and the full array of mental health services we provide, and to help us improve the quality of life for those we serve. Over 90% of our donated revenues go directly to providing client services, including: community-based, multi-disciplinary service teams; day rehabilitation; vocational services; crisis and transitional residential services; residential care homes; supported housing; and adolescent outpatient services.

Can I designate a particular program within the agency for my gift?
Your gift can be designated to a specified program or purpose at your request. Please contact Alithia Mendaros at (408) 254-6820 Ext. 1217 for more information.

Do you accept in-kind contributions?
Momentum accepts donations of a variety of items in good condition. Call Alithia Mendaros at (408) 254-6820 Ext. 1217 to schedule a time and place to drop your donation, or arrange to pick up larger items.

Do you accept stock, property or bequest?
Momentum accepts stock and property. Please contact Alithia Mendaros at (408) 254-6820 Ext. 1217.

May I make a gift in memory of someone?
Momentum is honored to accept memorial gifts. With contact information provided, we will notify next of kin of the gift you have made in honor of their loved one.

How can I volunteer at Momentum for Mental Health?
