Every year Momentum serves over 3,000 adults, older adults and youth at sites located in Santa Clara County, California:
- Largest private nonprofit agency providing mental health services to adults in Santa Clara County.
- A staff of over 340 employees representing 17 languages, including American Sign Language.
- Multiple locations throughout Santa Clara County with 24-hour availability to provide easy client access.
- Annual budget of over $23 million.
Momentum provides a wide range of specialized and culturally competent services and programs that include:
- Residential treatment programs that provide alternative to admission to or continued care in a hospital.
- Supported housing programs to assist individuals achieve and maintain independent living.
- Day rehabilitation programs.
- Outpatient mental health and psychiatric treatment, case management and rehabilitation services provided by multidisciplinary teams.
- Employment preparation, search and support.
- Services and support to family members.

Consumer Advisory Board:
A Board of clients currently receiving services from the agency which meets monthly for the purpose of bringing client concerns to management and contributing to program and long-range planning for the agency.
Family Advisory Board:
A Board of family members of clients currently receiving services from the agency which meets monthly to bring the concerns of clients and family members to the attention of the agency. The Board also has input in the development of services which affect family members of people with a mental illness.
